RESEARCH: THE DOORWAY TO TOMORROW
|
 |
Dott. Renzo Brunello, on the production organisation
front Italplastick has always been in a hurry, and
it doesn't appear to be slowing down…
You're
right, we are always in a hurry.....Over the last
few years the growth in size and activity has represented
a very important change in direction for our company,
today aiming towards the future with a new guise,
an innovative business philosophy and strategies
focusing on further recognition of its already highly
acclaimed standard of quality. The second Italplastick
site at Cittadella must be seen from this point
of view. An area of six thousand square metres where
our entire production of sections in PVC and machinery
for producing windows and doors has been concentrated.
Moreover, it was possible to introduce something
new which we had had in mind for a while. A huge
laboratory used for unit assembly demonstrations,
such that it can offer both clients and technicians
a teaching-training in-depth study of the Italplastick
system at every stage of its cycle: construction,
operating, managing and use. A kind of guided tour
made up of machinery, sections and equipment which
breathes life into a genuine work chain, capable
of an average daily work output of approximately
60-80 unit types.
We also have a showroom at Cittadella. In the "shop
window" we have a vast quantity of sections
and unfinished products for doors, small gates,
windows and window shutters. All exclusively in
PVC. The display is completed by a vast assortment
of finished windows and doors and by the endless
possible combinations from among various possible
profiles. The new site has allowed us to carry out
organisational restructuring of the already existing
site at Galliera Veneta which, in turn, will shortly
fall into line with the new company direction, undergoing
a restyling, followed by a building extension of
the existing 3000 square meters.
The company has once again shown its ability to
invest in the field of research, seeing it as fundamental
for long and medium term strategies. The doorway
to tomorrow.
