In addition, Ital-Plastick is well aware of the window fitter’s needfor know-how in this new sector, and therefore works alongside its dealers,not only providing suggestions and consulting services in the pre-purchase periodbut also and above all throughout the period of adjustment to the new marketand whenever required.
Its number one priority is to provide ongoing customer assistance, making availableall its experience in the sector.

This means being able to rely on complete support which includes:
• initial training course usually held at Ital-Plastick’s premises(equipped with pilot system for demonstrations) aimed at clarifying all technicaland commercial aspects (on request, this course can also be held at the user’spremises);
• supply of all documentation necessary for the first basic steps in assemblyand fitting of PVC window frames;
• training and complete consulting (comprising taking of measurements,formulation of first offers and planning of exhibition and advertising space);
• refresher and perfection courses at your premises in the form of periodicalvisits after delivery of the machinery designed to check that customers havefully adjusted to the sector.
